Recently, I started taking a vegan multivitamin. I put it off for years because I thought that eating extremely healthy meals would be enough. I mean, after all, It wasn’t like I was eating junk food. Now I know that isn’t necessarily about just what you eat. As I get older, I realize it is all about a healthy combination of healthy eating, consistent exercising, and the right supplements. A few weeks ago, I was speaking to the clerk at EarthFare about herbs. During our conversation, she suggested I pair my herbs with Emerald Laboratories CoEnzymated Women’s Multivitamin. The price was right, and I was feeling adventurous, so I decided to them out.
Why try a vegan multivitamin?
I needed help! My workload picked up significantly when one of the people on my team received a promotion, and my supervisor took a much needed two-week vacation. My responsibilities increased substantially, and I became a leader in place. I love what I do, and am glad that I have been able to hold down my team. However, I found myself needing a full day of rest over the weekend just to get through the week. I was tired of being tired. The good thing has I noticed a change the day I added this vitamin to my diet.
Vegans need to add multivitamins to their meal plans to ensure that they are getting all the required nutrients needed to feel good and be effective. However, in my opinion, vegan or not, you might need a multivitamin if you are always feeling sluggish or tired.
Why use Emerald Laboratories CoEnzymated Women’s Vegan Multivitamin?
As I mentioned before, the price was right. Plus, the veggie tablets are gluten and additive free. More than that, it contains Coenzymated B6.
Vitamin B6 helps produce chemicals that allow the brain and nerve cells to run smoothly. B6 also helps address some conditions. Some of those conditions include carpal tunnel syndrome, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and some cases of depression and arthritis. B vitamins have to be CoEnzymated before they can be used properly by our bodies. Although this has been known for some time, CoEnzymated B vitamins have only been recently made commercially available.
If you decide to try this multivitamin, please purchase it from my Amazon store linked throughout this page.
